Insomnia: The anxiety-alleviating and sleep-prolonging qualities of CBD oil make it a good option for many people with insomnia. Those who experience insomnia due to pain or discomfort may also find that using CBD oil alleviates their physical symptoms to a noticeable extent. CBD oil may also promote daytime wakefulness when taken in small amounts; people with insomnia can use it as a pick-me-up if they feel excessively tired due to lack of restful sleep.
Consume CBD oil via edibles to enjoy a sweet treat. There are many edible products available for purchase that contain CBD oil as an ingredient. These are often in the form of gummies or other candies, but also come as an edible liquid that you can mix into foods, such as smoothies. If you live in a state where it’s legal, go online and choose whichever edibles sound good to you. After purchasing, make sure to read the instructions and take them as directed.[2]

I love the cherry mango gummies. The balm is Great for pain at local areas. The sprays and peels are great for sleep issues or anxiety. I am a doctor and use it. For patients and myself. Great company and fairly priced and GRAS certified so I know what I am giving my patients. People generally love the products and come back and buy more without any sales pitch. The product sells itself people love it
Love, love, love the gold bottle, 5mgs. CBD per serving, peppermint flavor. Minutes after my first dose of two drops, I felt clearer mentally, less pain, more energy, but calm energy, not jittery or anxious. General sense of wellbeing, too! I take a couple drops every four hours, but not too close to bed as it is energising. Less pain, which is amazing…have a connective tissue disorder (EDS) which causes bone, joint and muscle pain and have been prescribed opiates to manage pain. This is much better for pain and mood.
It’s safe to say that Charlotte’s Web is probably the most recognized CBD brand out there — and it’s not all hype. This company pioneered the CBD industry and made it their mission to de-stigmatize CBD by setting the bar high for transparency. They produce and oversee their organic CBD products from seed to sale, standing behind them with a solid return policy.

Kent, My mother has suffered from severe migraines since she was a child. Six weeks ago, she received the hemp oil tincture (I do not know what dosage). She does not take it daily. She rubs a drop or two on her temples at the start of a migraine. The drops worked more effectively for her than her medication did, and now that is all she uses. Hope this helps.

Hey I take Klonopin and Zoloft for depression and anxiety as well as Celebrex and Robaxin. I was thinking of trying CBD oil for my psoriatic arthritis pain in my joints and hips. I also had disc replacement surgery last year on my L4 and L5. It helped a lot but I still have back pain thanks to that. I am currently taking opioids as well and would love to drop the opioids permanently as I hate taking them. I plan on talking this over with my pain dr before I do it but can anyone tell me if they have had negative interactions with those prescription meds I listed above? I know not to take this as medical advice. That is for my doctor but I just wanted to know if anyone has used CBD oil with these meds and what the results were for THEM. Also, I feel I am completely out of my depth with CBD oil. I never really even smoked marijuana before except maybe once or twice in my youth many years ago. I’m 46 now. Any help with how I am supposed to figure all this out would be appreciated. I have no idea what I’m doing. Thanks.
Currently, the only CBD product approved by the Food and Drug Administration is a prescription oil called Epidiolex. It's approved to treat two types of epilepsy. Aside from Epidiolex, state laws on the use of CBD vary. While CBD is being studied as a treatment for a wide range of conditions, including Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, diabetes, multiple sclerosis and anxiety, research supporting the drug's benefits is still limited.
